Strategic Plan 2026 – 2029

Our Mission
Camden Education Trust works with governments, educators, and corporate partners to design and deliver inclusive, evidence-based education programmes that empower teachers and students across Africa and beyond.

Our Vision
A world where every young person has the skills, confidence, and opportunity to shape their own future through quality education, creativity, and technology.

How We Measure Success
Our impact will be reflected not only in numbers but in the leadership, confidence, and innovation we help nurture among educators and youth. Every partnership, project, and classroom interaction is an opportunity to advance our shared goal: quality education for all.

Our Approach
We believe that sustainable change begins locally. All our initiatives are led by national partners – especially women leaders emerging from our Women Empowerment Program (WEP) and Africa Code Week networks. Together, we combine research, technology, and human connection to make STEAM education more accessible, engaging, and equitable.

Strategic Goals (2026 – 2029)
